Content Eligibility

GEMALaw Review focuses mainly on media, entertainment, sports, intellectual property, and closely related fields of law. All content and content ideas should be geared toward these practice areas.

If your content has been previously published or is under consideration for publication in other journals, periodicals, magazines, newspapers, conferences etc., please make that known on the submission form under “Additional Information”.

All law student Notes submitted for consideration must be accompanied by a certification that the student either has already submitted the Note for a grade/class credit or will not be submitting the Note for a grade/class credit. Please check the box indicating compliance with this policy on the submission form.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Law Review at

Submission of content does not guarantee publication of the content submitted. All content undergoes an impartial review and voting process to determine publication eligibility.
