How to Submit
Thank you for your interest in GEMALaw Review! If you have a Note, Case Comment, Literature Review, or an idea for a blog post, interview, or multimedia submission that you would like GEMALaw Review to consider publishing, please fill out this form.
Content submissions must be in a Microsoft Word file format, unless the content is a multimedia submission. Please ensure that documents do not contain any personally identifying information, such as the author’s name.
All content submitted for the Law Review’s consideration for publication is subject to a vote by the Editorial Board. Every effort is made to ensure anonymity of the authors to create a fair voting process.
You will receive an e‑mail notifying you of the Law Review’s decision to publish or not to publish within two weeks of submission.
GEMALaw Review focuses mainly on media, entertainment, sports, intellectual property, and closely related fields of law. All content and content ideas should be geared toward these practice areas.
If your content has been previously published or is under consideration for publication in other journals, periodicals, magazines, newspapers, conferences etc., please make that known on the submission form under “Additional Information”.
All law student Notes submitted for consideration must be accompanied by a certification that the student either has already submitted the Note for a grade/class credit or will not be submitting the Note for a grade/class credit. Please check the box indicating compliance with this policy on the submission form.

Submission of content does not guarantee publication of the content submitted. All content undergoes an impartial review and voting process to determine publication eligibility.
